Room Marie Louise is a large room with a double bed. The room has a nice view of the garden and the large door to the veranda. This room shares the bathroom with the room Tila. These two rooms are good for the families with children or foor a group of 4-5 people to book together. Can also be booked separately

Terms of payment
- After reservation, a deposit of 50% must be credited to the account number of Casa da Rosa within 7 days.
- The second installment must be paid no later than 30 days before the start.
- If the reservation falls within the 30-day period, the entire amount must be transferred within 7 days.
- The reservation will be canceled if payment is not made in the agreed term.

Cancellation Policy
- 75% refund up to 90 days before arrival
- 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival
- If canceled within 30 days before arrival, the nights will not be refunded
- In case of early departure, the remaining nights will not be refunded
- We request that you take out travel/cancellation insurance in order to receive a full refund for certain cancellation reasons.
Code of Conduct
Preferably no rules because the holiday / stay should be relaxed and free. However, we do ask our guests to:
- Treat nature, people, animals and materials with respect.
- To be considerate of the other guests and to comply with the rules regarding safety.
- We have a strict smoking policy for fire safety in the summer months. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- No noise nuisance between 22:00 and 07:00.
