Terms of payment

• After reservation, a deposit of 50% must be credited to the account number of Casa da Rosa within 7 days.
• The second installment must be paid no later than 30 days before the start.
• If the reservation falls within the 30-day period, the entire amount must be transferred within 7 days.
• The reservation will be canceled if payment is not made in the agreed term.
• The account number of Casa da Rosa is in the name of: S. Ramazanova, IBAN: PT50 0033 0000 4550 6202 0890 5

Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund up to 90 days before arrival
• 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival
• If canceled within 30 days before arrival, the nights will not be refunded
• In case of early departure, the remaining nights will not be refunded
• We request that you take out travel/cancellation insurance in order to receive a full refund for certain cancellation reasons.

Code of Conduct

Preferably no rules because the holiday / stay should be relaxed and free. However, we do ask our guests to:

• Treat nature, people, animals and materials with respect.
• To be considerate of the other guests and to comply with the rules regarding safety.
• We have a strict smoking policy for fire safety in the summer months. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• No noise nuisance between 22:00 and 07:00.
