A moradia tem 4 quartos com camas de casal. Dois deles têm a sua própria casa de banho e os outros dois partilham uma casa de banho entre si.
A área a alugar é no piso de cima onde tem os quartos, a sala de estar e a cozinha que por sua vez, tem a sua própria entrada.

Terms of payment
- After reservation, a deposit of 50% must be credited to the account number of Casa da Rosa within 7 days.
- The second installment must be paid no later than 30 days before the start.
- If the reservation falls within the 30-day period, the entire amount must be transferred within 7 days.
- The reservation will be canceled if payment is not made in the agreed term.

Cancellation Policy
- 75% refund up to 90 days before arrival
- 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival
- If canceled within 30 days before arrival, the nights will not be refunded
- In case of early departure, the remaining nights will not be refunded
- We request that you take out travel/cancellation insurance in order to receive a full refund for certain cancellation reasons.
Code of Conduct
Preferably no rules because the holiday / stay should be relaxed and free. However, we do ask our guests to:
- Treat nature, people, animals and materials with respect.
- To be considerate of the other guests and to comply with the rules regarding safety.
- We have a strict smoking policy for fire safety in the summer months. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- No noise nuisance between 22:00 and 07:00.
